Established in 2012, Autumn Assisted Living seeks to offer premium care with a long term independent living model which is cheaper than many other establishments charge for a room in a traditional care home.

Our model is seen by many as revolutionising the future of elderly care.
We offer complete independence with as much, or as little bespoke support when needed.
Our unique offering ensures that couples can stay living together longer than they would otherwise be able to, thanks to the care, support and respite we can offer to the carer within a couple, for example if one person has the onset of dementia and their partner cares for them.
This is something that is often ignored and overlooked by a traditional residential or nursing care home model.

Day Care services are also available at Autumn Assisted Living.
We have eight individually designed apartments within a beautiful Georgian Manor House.
Each apartment is designed with a spacious kitchen/lounge, a comfortable bedroom and a bathroom fully equipped an older person's needs.

We are ideally located in the Welland Valley, on the border between Leicestershire and Northamptonshire, with excellent road and rail links up and down the country.

The lovely market town of Market Harborough is just 8 miles away, with numerous coffee shops, restaurants and a library. Corby, with its leisure centre , swimming pool and cinema is 4 miles from us.

Residents or Day Care guests and visitors can also enjoy acres of stunning countryside that surrounds Middleton, as well as visits to nearby Rockingham Castle.
