Daily Meals
We provide two tasty, home cooked meals a day - at lunchtime and at dinner time - seven days a week.
Our chefs cater specifically for elderly people whose dietary needs may be wide and varied.
We always aim to ensure our guests are nourished and satisfied and will always endeavour to meet any special dietary needs.
We encourage our guests to eat together at lunch time to provide social interaction, but the choice is entirely individual, and meals can be eaten in our communal dining room, or privately in apartments as desired.
Daily Housekeeping
Daily cleaning, linen and personal laundry services are provided as part of our inclusive offering.
Our cleaners are onsite every day, ensuring waste removal etc. Clothes are washed, ironed and even returned to your wardrobe if you wish. It's all part of our service.
The stress of maintenance and household chores is also removed because everything from window cleaning, blocked drains, damaged roof tiles, or a faulty boiler is taken care of by us- and not a penny is ever charged to you.
Dedicated Staff
Our staff are on-site 24 hours a day, so your loved one is never far from help when they need it.
All our apartments are fitted with safety call systems so a member of staff can be alerted whenever they are needed, day or night.
Daily interactions with residents ensure we are always up to speed with any changes to circumstance and health conditions that might need extra interventions.
And we're equally well-versed with caring for carers too.
Quite often one person in a partnership takes on a more active caring role for the other - so we ensure support and respite as required for the carer meaning that couples can often stay living together longer.
This is a unique feature of an assisted living model.
Companionship & Activities
We know that as people get older, their worlds can become smaller. That's why we do all we can to encourage social interaction and activity.
Living in our apartments means that there are always neighbours and staff with whom residents can chat and pass the time of day.
We encourage communal eating in our dedicated dining room, and we also organise regular activities and trips to ensure that our residents have as many opportunities for social interaction as possible.
We also provide transport and assistance for residents to attend doctor, dentist and hospital appointments.
Fully Inclusive Utilities & Wifi
Our pricing model means that all that all bills for gas, electricity, water, council tax and wifi are included.
Our guests have no hidden extras or surprises - regardless of how warm they like their apartment to be or how much time they spend online.
The only extras are for additional services that our residents specifically request, such as for mobile hairdressers or chiropodists etc.
Intercom & Door Entry System
Our user-friendly intercom system allows residents to have complete control over access to their apartment.
Visits by friends and family are vital to wellbeing and there is no limit to the number of visits by friends and family, or indeed the times of day they wish to visit. We have lots of parking for visitors too.
Day Care
We understand the importance of providing comprehensive day care services that promotes independence, social engagement, and a sense of community for the elderly.
Our day care is designed for non-residents, to offer a supportive environment where older people can enjoy themselves and thrive.
